Payment

We don’t turn away patients – no matter what your situation is. Private insurance, welfare, refugee… we will see you! We will work out a payment option that is flexible for you, if required.

WELFARE: bring 1) a Statement of Assistance (Ontario Works) or paycheque stub and 2) a drug card (or you must know your member / case identification number).

CONVENTIONAL REFUGEE: bring your IFH (Interim Federal Health) document, commonly known as ‘brown paper’. It must not be expired.

PRIVATE INSURANCE: bring your policy number, certificate number and the name of the company for which you work.

ODSP:
bring your dental card.

FIRST NATIONS: bring your band number and case number.

VETERAN AFFAIRS: bring your client ID number.

 

CINOT PROGRAM - Ontario is moving forward with its Poverty Reduction Strategy by providing urgent and essential dental care free-of-charge to children in low-income families. The Children In Need of Treatment (CINOT) program provides emergency dental care and out-of-hospital anesthetic coverage for low-income children age 17 and under. For more information click here.

HEALTHY SMILES ONTARIO - A new program for kids 17 and under who do not have access to any form of dental coverage.
